Graham Street Market is the original Hong Kong-style “wet market” which is a busy neighborhood market with vendors who sell fresh meat, seafood, vegetables and fruits,  clustered among the ever changing and fast paced central business district in Hong Kong.

There are also a number of braided hair Amahs in the posters. Amahs were housemaids in the 1950s and popular among wealthy households . They strived for independence , resisted relying on men and eschewed marriage. All these iconic images created a vivid picture of the wet market.
